Partner Requirements

Practical requirements for vehicle owners

UK-Registered Company Only The partner programme is open exclusively to UK-registered limited companies and LLPs (registered at Companies House). Sole traders and individual vehicle owners are not eligible.

Valid Vehicle Documentation All vehicles must have valid registration, insurance, and required certifications. Our onboarding team will guide you through the document requirements.

Company Verification Partners must provide their Companies House registration details and proof of vehicle ownership during onboarding. Our team will verify the company against the Companies House register before activation.

Partnership Agreement Partners sign a clear partnership agreement that outlines earnings, responsibilities, and terms. No surprises — full transparency from day one.

£25 Application Fee (fully credited back) A one-off £25 application fee is paid at the end of the registration form to cover Companies House, document and identity verification. The full £25 is then automatically credited back against your first 28-day platform-fee invoice — so it costs you nothing on net.
